The picture was shot in the "Standard" color setting.
Once in PS, I converted it to Lab and desaturated it and changed it to a cooler hue, and then i messed with the L, green and blue curves, and then I changed the white and black points.
I was going for a Ektachrome-shot, bleach-bypassed process look found in "Three Kings":

So, did you alter it? Or was the white balance just tweaked when you took it?
