Springtime in the Evening

I was mostly just tooling around, but I thought this particular photo conveyed a certain mood and feel of Spring transitioning into Summer, with warm hues and ample lighting.

Mt. Vernon, Washington. We went to check out the tulips which should have already bloomed, but of course they hadn't yet. But daffodils make a nice substitution.

When inspiration strikes, I respond. There was a hazy light coming through the window which made for this really cool scene. Cooling the hue and desaturating most of the colors gives it this cross process ektachrome feel.
